Called the guy - bugger doesn't run, well almost runs, well he had it running once but not very well. So it needs some help. For an unrunning bike I think he's asking about $400 too much. Am I way off and is $1.3k a good price?

I also did some poking around and it seems the '69 came with chrome pipes and red tank, but the '70 came with black pipes and a yellow or green tank. This one's touted as a '70, but has the chrome pipes. I wonder if some '70s came over with the chrome pipes?

Also the muffler tips and signals are missing. I could go look at this on Sunday if...hmm. Any more thoughts?

it's a lot of dough but it looks like it is all there and just getting the bits would cost a fortune.
