I'm not sure about the "sucker" label, John.
If I was doing a 100 point resto of a Titan and had NO mufflers at all then I'd take my lumps and pay the bucks.
I'm sure DK is a wonderful company but their feebay ad needs a LOT of work. It's VERY confusing with the mufflers classed as "used" and then written up as "brand new" and then further along it states that they were taken off a bike. From the pics it appears as if they're new....but with a writeup like that, who can be sure??!!?? :wth:

Marcel in The Netherlands has also started reproducing these - check this link. If he says they are good, then they are. 8)

My........Marcel certainly has the goods, that's for sure. Interesting electronic ignition systems he has for sale, too.
Thanks for the link, Ian.

£549.99 really doesn't sound too bad for brand new mufflers with baffles. (as long as they truly look like originals). That converts to about $915 US. Paul Miller sells used rechromed mufflers for $400 each ($800 / set). If these were available in the States, I'd probably would have bought a set for my project, instead of having my used ones rechromed.

Shipping to North America would be steep - much as it would be for the GT750 copies.

I'm pretty sure Marcel is the only person doing reproductions of these at the moment, so perhaps it would make sense for a group of folks in the US to try and glue together a package deal with him. For myself - I'll be a while yet collecting pop bottles and beer cans off the side of the road before I have enough pulled together for a pair of these :?
