RV90 mania

Tim now that youre an RV specialist im asking if the RV 90 ever came with black rims as i thought they were all silver.
I also wonder why the JDM VanVan 90 name was never used in the US.
I rode a RV90 years ago, it was funny having no fuel tank between your knees but it gave a sweet ride.

Suzuki bike names from the '60's and 70's were definitely much cooler!!!

The Japanese like to use names that are considered 'cute' to them in Japan, and its their idea of being cool.
The problem is the language is so traditional, so theres lots of new words today that dont translate across because theres no physical reference, so they attempt to use expressions or sounds to convey the idea...
My brother had a VanVan 90 static plastic model we build years ago in the early 70s and it was that same blue version... i must ask him whatever happened to it.
