We are working on a 73 GT250 cafe project. Motor will be stock except for K&N pod filters + Higgspeed exhaust.
Any insight on what these heads do to performance?

These heads give you a higher compression ratio and will give you a bit more low end. They reduce the head volume from 14.0 cc to 11.5 cc. The squish band will give you an increase in combustion efficiency and a decrease in detonation.

A side note: you would definitely need to check your squish clearance before running these as there are minor variations in cylinders and engine cases as well as various gasket thicknesses. You probably want your squish band at around 0.6mm
