Get the VF500. Cool little bikes.

That GPZ would have to be the least attractive of that model.

That's hardly an objective assessment, but I figured you weren't looking for a strict comparison or you would have looked on line at road tests etc from the time.

Is the VF500 supposed to be that low in the back? Seems like the shock could be worn out.

Both look nice to me. Have you ridden both? Pick the one that feels the best when you ride it....

I am partial to the Kawi Gpz models, but I would jump on that Honda in a heartbeat.

the VF.

If that sucker was on this side of the pond I'd have it already :). Rumor has it that if you ask him nicely Fast Freddie will autograph one of the tins for you (whatever bit is small enough to mail) :).

I vote for the Kwakker......IF it's the later style engine....which I
believe it would be, being a 1993 model.

I agree with tz about the "attractiveness" factor of the Kwakker.....but then that's part of its '90's "charm", IMO. You'd sure never have to worry about losing it in a car park.

ya numpty :wth:

do really think that ALL the guys on here just have two strokes??
quite a few have 4 strokes also as well as a Harley bike.
nothing wrong with Honda's or others its just a matter of opinion and yours don't count in my book!!!

There's 22 years between them, and it show's on a ride out. the z900 was 1976 performance, and in 1998 the performance went to a new level. I use the z900 for a pose/ ace cafe ( well known bikers hang out) and for a blarst the zzr1100, does it for me!! ( the zzr was the first bike that was clocked by the police... speeding.... doing 180 mph and knicked. not me. ) So i have what you could say, is the best of both worlds.... (fast and smell the roses. I call the zzr the rocket ship... what a bike!!! And if that's not far enough for kawasaki, they now do a 1400cc, How fast is that one? The ace caf'e kawasaki day.
