We were blessed with a fabulous, sunny autumn day at Cadwell Park in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds yesterday for the final race meeting of the CRMC Classic Club. The T200 I co-sponsor took three wins out of three with the new electronic ignition package, and took the Superlightweight Championship once again.

A few pics for you to browse here which should give you a taste of the day. Good friends, Good times.

Cadwell Park is a beautiful place to be - lots of elevation changes, I'd say more so than Brands Hatch. I've ridden it three times on different bikes at trackdays, and loved it more each time I've ridden it.

As a lad I used to go over on the paddle steamer ferry over the Humber, and ride out into the depths of Lincolnshire to watch Sheene, Smart, Ago, Read, Grant howl round there on the 750 2-strokes.

I was there for the British Superbikes round in August and it's still as exciting now. I'll dig out the pic I took of Josh Brookes at the top of "The Mountain" later today and post it here. Imagine the Corkscrew in reverse & you'll have some idea. Even on my first tentative ride round there at Buellfest 2000 on my trusty old M2 I was wheelying off the crest on every lap :D
