Yes, it was due to availability. Then again, maybe the COPS won't be expecting us!

Yep, early in the morning, and late in the evening are the times for hell-raising. But any time during the week (Mon-Thurs) is pretty good. The big push is on the weekends.

Dates are strictly because of availability. Ric from the KTW board reserves the whole hotel each year, so he's got to work with their booking schedule.

As for the cops...early mornings, late afternoons M-TH are the best time for the Dragon. Other times...lots of other roads in the area that are just as much fun.

Lane, Tom, and I have our room reserved already and I have my vacation time approved. I can't wait.

I'm anxiously anticipating the trip. I don't know what bikes yet, or how I'll get them there, but I WILL be there.

Man, I wish I could join you guys!

But I've already made plans (and reserved my room with others at Fontana) for the first week of June, when we hold our annual SV Rally.

That and I have school...

So, ride the SV over on this weekend just to meet us!

Already checked out some questions with Allen(h2okettle) I have since I will be a "newbie" this year. I will probubly end up riding Pinky, and I had two questions Allen was not sure about.

What is the beer situation? Be kind of hard to haul it on the bike for a couple day stay. Is it available locally, or do some bringing larger vehicles haul for many and everybody share the cost?

What is the 2-stroke oil availability? Allen suggested I might want to bring my own, but if someone knows what is available there, it would save the hassel.

Everything else I need can be hauled on the bike, get onsite, or just get by without.

And is there anything needed from the mountians of WV I can bring.

Thanks Gordon. Beer is my normal staple. Many of the harder drinks wreck havoc on my system. Except for Southern Comfort, and the price of that around here has gone through the roof in the last year or two.
