I'm new here.

Post by Madbuffalo »

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and just wanted to drop in and say hi. I've been keeping an eye on it for a while but finally got around to signing up. Some of you I already know from Deals Gap / rides in Michigan but I look forward to getting to know everyone else!

I ride a '75 buffalo that I bought 5 years ago and have since put about 20K on the odometer. Mostly stock except for Higgspeed chambers new last season.

Josh S.

Hey John and Allan, good to hear from you both! Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be able to take a week off for the Gap this year. My wife, Christine, and I just found out we're having twins! That will most likely use up all of my vacation time this summer but I hope to ride out for at least a weekend to see everyone.

See you on the board,
Josh

Welcome to the board, Josh. Apparently you're already familiar with Allan's brand of humour.....
Congrats on the family-to-be. I see in my crystal ball that your riding time will be curtailed....especially with twins.

Congrats ! :D You two obviously planned it better than we did, as we had to wait a year for the second addition - efficiency is good ! 8)

Ha ha Allan, that's just an expression we use in the states, sort of like we're suffering through the pregnancy together or something.

"Efficiency is good!" You guys can go with that. I'll stick with terrified! Needless to say we were very surprised when the nurse dropped it on us. "Do either of you have twins in the family?.... cause that's what you're having." Thanks for breaking it to us softly lady. Anyway Christine, not me, (there is that better Allan? ) is due in September and we'll find out boys/girls in a month or so. Thanks guys!
