Hi

I am in the UK but may well pay for overseas shipping

I need a front wiring loom for my GT550 A 1976 model , it's the bit that plugs in to a 9 way multi plug ( but only 8 pins used) by the ignition coils that runs forwards in to the head lamp shell via the hole in frame under the headstock, with some connectors on that end, not sure how many as dont have one, but its more than one.

It's the only bit thats missing on the bike that I brought in 8 boxes plus a frame.

Thanks in advance

Is there any chance it's the same as a GT750? I have a few of them here in a large box that I have not gone through yet.

I have gone this route with my 750. I would suggest buying the cheapest front harness off Ebay with no intention of using it. Use that harness to make a duplicate harness with all new wiring, connectors, pins, etc. Will be a better harness in the long run. Just takes more time to construct. I'd imagine you'd have about 50 to 70 bucks in making a new one at the most. The other alternatives are buying used ones with oxidized wiring, pins, etc. Or buying a so called oem harness that pops up once in a while on Ebay for a very high price. Only to find out the seller made his own using much smaller gauge wire. It's best to make your own. Any used harness of it's age will have oxidized copper strands under it's insulation that you can not see and a very high probability the pins need replaced due to their age. It's critical to have good electrical conduction on these bikes. It will eliminate a lot of common electrical problems if you install a good harness.
