Looking for fork legs or complete from a TS100 125 185 or RV. belive they are all same. Mine are badly pitted at seals.

Also need clocks for same. Mine are plastic with scalaping around the bottom and a chrome base plate. Believe they are 6" between bolt mounts.

Also need a Headlight Ring and Beam....

Even if you could point me in the right direction! Any help really appreciated!

Thanks

OK......
For the fork stanchions (Suzuki calls them fork tube, inner) the part number for the RV125L (1974), RV125M (1975), RV125A (1976) and RV125B (1977) is 51111-25510.
This stanchion also fits the TS100 and TC100 of those same model years.......but NOTHING else.

Now some of this stuff you may already know, but for the benefit of any newbies here are some suggestions:

AA) If you have no joy in tracking down a good set of used stanchions, then you might consider getting your existing items rechromed. This is an industrial hard chrome, NOT the shiny "show chrome" that is used on various trim parts on bikes. A shop that knows what they are doing will remove the existing hard chome, replate with hard chrome to a slight oversize and them bring the outside diameter back to the standard size by grinding them down on a centreless grinder. Call around in your area to see if someone offers this service. A usual source is a place that does crankshaft work for diesel engines. Make sure you get a quote up front after they look at your parts so you don't get any surprises when you go to pick up your finished parts.

BB) An alternative would be to contact Frank's Maintenance & Engineering in Illinois, otherwise known and loved by all old bike folks as "Forking By Frank". They offer BRAND NEW aftermarket fork stanchions at fairly reasonable prices.......considering that they make stanchions for bikes that have been lonnnnnnng out of production. They claim that they never obsolete ANY stanchion they've ever made.......and if they haven't made a particular one before, you send them one of your old ones as a sample and they'll recreate it/them for you. The only "problem" with Franks is that they are seriously old-school and ONLY take payment via cash or money order. Here is a link to their website with all their info.....

They ARE good folks but, like a lot of companies supplying bits for old bikes, you have to be patient when dealing with them.

Your clocks......
There is a different set of clocks for each year, apparently. Let me have your model year and I'll get the part numbers for you and the crossovers, if any.

Your headlight stuff.....
The chrome rim is part number 35111-27630 which fits a whole slew of bikes:
GT250A and B, GT500A and B, TS250K, L M and A and TS400K, L, M, A and B.
The sealed beam unit is part number 35121-27630 which changes up to -27631 and also fits the above listed bikes.

Good luck with your project.
