Oil lines on the twin-cylinder bikes (T250/GT250/T350/T500/GT500) seem to be increasingly problematic.
Last year I fixed the lines on my 73 GT250 & am now having problems again.
Fixed the lines on a T500 last year & currently have problems on at least one other twin.
Don't know why, but seem to have more problems with the right cylinder lines.
Would be nice to install new lines & be done with the problem, but the lines are generally NLA.
Would be great if one of the vintage part sellers started making new lines.
eBay seller cruzinimage_co sells some good parts.
Suzuki & Kawasaki oil lines might bee a good opportunity for them.
If any forum member knows them, then please let them know of this need.

Someone has already put a kit together for Kawasaki H1,H2 oil line check valve spring and steel ball to repair their oil lines, fortunate for Kawi owners as their oil lines come apart.
Check the Ebay listing:

Thanks for the info. The Kawasaki fix looks nice.
As an amateur mechanic with too many bikes, I'd like to see an easy fix for Suzukis.
