Funny, I found one near me as well, similar price but the one you posted looks to be in slightly better shape.
I do like the blue better though. I happened to drive past this one one day and actually stopped to look at it. Pictures

I agree about pics, if they are bad pics. I could be mistaken, but I think the posted bike has been for sale for quite sometime. That doesn't mean anything either. But, I've seen that model in front of that brick wall a couple of times in the past few months.
