Those are notorious for breaking. Especially if you spread them to make removal from the shaft easier. Believe it or not, that part is still available from Suzuki. 13564-33110. $33 and change from Dillon's.

I had 3 good ones at one time but have since given them away. One went all the way to Norway.
There is a repair I have seen done. Drill a 1/8 hole through the arm and shaft. Install a 1/8 roll pin in the hole.

Thanks for the roll pin idea, I'll try that for a temp fix. I am hoping someone has a used one and maybe save a few bucks and do some "recycling "

Yes it works. I repaired and tuned a set of carbs for a guy one time. He sent them to me in the mail. One of the arms was pinned. Seemed to work just fine that way.

Hello!
I'm from Germany and screw on GT250/380.
By searching for the carburetor-arms I found this topic.
No one wanted to sell me used and new ones are too expensive with this built-in breaking point.
So I finally came up with the following repair method:
Using adjusting rings (DIN 705, Ø 10 x Ø 20 x 10 mm)
connected to the arms instead of broken clamps.
bye
