GT550 Tank Badges

Suzuki still sells brand new GT550 badges. These are the ones you see people selling on ebay. The new Suzuki badges only have orange paint in the "GT" instead of the sparkled or flaked orange of the originals.

Reproduction Decals sells reproductions badges, that look like the originals, with the flaking, for about $45 each. Or you can do like me, I bought some orange glitter paint from a craft store. I paint the GT portion with a regular gloss orange first, then paint the orange glitter over top of it. Without holding it up next to an original, you can't tell the difference.
