GT750 1972 Front fender replacement

Post by Fritz500 »

Hi,
I'm putting a 72 GT750 front end (triple clamps, forks and 4LS drum with an 18" alloy wheel) on a T500 and wanted to get a fender that's a bit more cafe racer than OEM. Anyone got any bright ideas?

I assume a guard for a 19" wheel just won't sit right. I'm after a chrome steel guard that has no stays. An early GS550 Suzuki looks OK. I assume there are after market fenders around and I have found a few but the measurements don't see like they'd fit.

Cheers
