Tarozzi Bars

Post by oldjapanesebikes »

These Tarozzi GT750 crash bars are readily available in the UK - does anyone know of a retailer who could supply them here in North America ? I wanted to compare the 'landed' cost for them here in Canada.

Thanks ! 8)

They typically seem to go for about £110, plus £30 for shipping - so about $216 American, and currently about the same in Canadian. 8)

Thanks - that price is less VAT (which is now 20% ), but it is still better. I'm getting some quotes. 8)

I've got two sets of those squirreled away for my Buffalos, the only design flaw is the inner brace portion is a half profile tubing so when its the right way up it looks kind of ugly since the chrome is not done as shiny in that section.
Luckily I got them a while ago so the price was good then.
Two strokes, its just that simple.

So - you are offering me a set dirt cheap then ?

Have you tried to actually fit them ? I ask as other I've spoken to tell me the right side doesn't fit well without a bit of Dremel work :? Just curious. 8)

Ian I don't know how they would fit, since I do not have a working Buffalo thats assembled here on the island to see whats really going on. Did they say if it was a bracket alignment holes issue???.
I really cant answer your first question, I'm a bit hard of hearing so I missed it, you'll have to speak up    .

Why am I not surprised :wth:

I have two regional suppliers now that I've been talking to - one in the US and one here in Canada - just waiting to get confirmation of the 'all in' price from the second fellow. Looks like they will be around $120 USD each (I'm buying at least 4 sets) , but we will see. For anyone based in the US I can provide the name of the US based supplier, as you wouldn't have to worry about the cross border shipping and taxes. 8)
