T500 MKIII 1970 for sale.

Post by akendall1966 »

Decided to sell my T500 MkIII

The restoration journey is chronicled in this thread https://www.suzuki2strokes.com/forum/vi ... 20&t=10339

The bike was imported from Colorado to the UK by DK Motorcycles and has had a full nut and bolt restoration / rebuild. Is UK registered on an age related number and of course is MOT and road tax exempt at nearly 50 years old.

Modernised electrics including electronic ignition, full time output of all coils on the alternator through a modern rectifier regulator, relay switching and blade fuses are discretely hidden under the seat.

Not concourse bike having aftermarket replica mirrors , pump & shocks but pretty damn close. As you can imagine thousands spent and hundreds of man hours gone into it. As you will see in the pictures its a pretty bike that very usable classic.

I am not expecting the silly 5 figure price some ask on ebay, but not giving it away either.
Serious offers around £5750 invited.

PM me if you want to discuss a purchase.
