As above - the seat on my gt250a is shot to pieces.

Cheers

I think its not the same as the GT380. The base on the 380 is hinged on one side. Isn't the GT250 bolted down both sides? I know it was on the GT250M, I am assuming it is the same on the GT250A.
You could verify with Dollydog. He is the resident GT250 expert.

absolutely correct :D 185 up to 750, the only model without the hinged seat was the gt250 :( that's why decent rear mudguards are so hard to come by. i mean, who is going to take the seat off, wipe the mudguard down, give it a quick coat of wd40 and replace the seat, every time you come in from the rain? one of suzuki's total cock-ups :D
cheers, dd.

And pre-X7 GT250 seat will fit (that’s 1973 — 1977). T250 & T350 seats should also fit.

You got it - the rear mudguard is 'nadgered' as well! Any idea what else would fit here (plastic GSX250?) I'm not bothered about originality at this stage but I won't do anything that can't be put right ..eventually!

yes, the t/gt500 seat isn't hinged, but at the end of the day the 500 is just a big 250 :D 500 rear mudguards aint exactly common over here, unless you want a pile of rust
currently - when it finally gets here - i'm trying an rd350 rear mudguard repro. but can't comment on how far off it will be til i actually offer it up to the bike.
cheers, dd.

I don't think the words , 'just' and 'T500', belong in the same sentence. :P
