T/GT 500 Battery box(powdercoated) / tool bag holder 4 sale

For sale, a spare battery box I had powdercoated when I had my 'new to me' T500 seat pan powdercoated awhile back.

Barring a catastrophe, I will not need it. It comes with the tool bag holder pictured (one of two or three styles) I bought it on ebay some time ago.

Rust divots from the blasting before coating are shown in one of the pics below. Add a new reproduction battery box pad from Clauss Studios ( http://www.claussstudios.com/store/p468 ... _Tray.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" ) and you're in business. :) I had just thrown this spare box in with the seat pan powercoating job because it and a couple of other small parts fell within the their minimum charge.

Next time I have parts that I want powdercoated and there is a chance there will be noticeable rust divots, I'll tell the people to blast them first and then I'll bring them back after filling and smoothing over the divots with JB Weld before the sealing and powdercoat process.

Anyway, $42.00 US plus actual shipping cost  or $25.00 US plus actual shipping cost for tool bag holder only.

No Sir, I'm from Texas.ImageImage

ImageSorry but this post has been up for a long time with a lot of views and no takers but as I mentioned, just in passing, in another post recently, I have recently decided to keep the box and tool bag holder for now.

If one of the forum moderators is reading this, would you please delete this thread? Thank you.

I just read this post and I was in need to exactly this box.
My battery box is too old and rusty.
I cleaned up most of rust and old paint, but still not done yet.

Oh well..
