ask on the kettle clinic forum. I know one of the guys on here and there made them up to order as they are NLA. However you can buy them new (pattern) from Asia on ebay last time I looked. But just had another look and can't find them. I am sure they were supplied by the same seller offering pattern parts from two different manufacturers
