Yes....it is sadly time to sell the GT.
I have WAY TOO MANY projects, and I doubt I will get back to this one f or several years, as others are in front of it.
See it coming back to life here several years earlier...

Bike is a December 71 build, and has all the early bike differences still intact.....except a good original seat.
I do have an original but base is rough as is foam....no cover.
Quit riding end of 2014, and let it sit for a year.....went to start it up spring of 2016, and with choke started fine.
But once warmed up started to squeek a bit then rattle....shut it down did a compression check and still very good and equal throughout......and then walked away.
Do not know the problem and have not attempted to figure it out. bike has never been apart since new.....so it is definitely due for bearings and seals...and probably pistons too.... But the rest of the bike has benn completely gone through and road tested for many miles.

$3500 firm, takes it away....someone take it before I decide to open it up....please
