With all that good work you did on the bike, perhaps you should consider just storing it in the back of your garage. Otherwise next year you may regret selling it.

Rats, I had forgotten about your bike and went and bought a rough T500/GT500 for modest $.
Your bike would have been a much cheaper & easier starting point for the T500 cafe build I’m thinking about.

Rant: I find it comical at the lack of interest(buyers) in a mechanically perfect machine, yet if it was a non runner with fancy cosmetics and shiny pipes, people would pay stupid money for that. Rant over.

Your oil pump delete might be scaring off some interest.

4 oz per gallon, no fragile lines or crusty check valves.

It's a nice bike, and I wouldn't mind having it...but it simply isn't possible right now.

I have too many projects already but that is a bargain at that price. All a new owner needs to do is to get stock bodywork - or Cafe style bodywork that they prefer and they are good to go. Way cheaper than a complete motor rebuild, plus it has good wheels and new tires.

Killer deal for someone that thinks a little differently and sees what a bargain it is.

Or even better deal for someone who might think about drag racing or maybe even road racing it. Buy it, race it for a year or two and take some records, and sell it for a profit or to a prophet..
