Suzuki GT250k Project bike for sale in CT

I am selling my GT250K needs a new engine. I was planning on restoring it, but after tearing into it I realize it's going to need a full engine rebuild or donor engine.
I'm open to reasonable offers. I just don't want to see the bike go to waste.
