WTB - good GT550 frame with title

My GT550 cafe project is now dead in the water.
I have a good frame without title because the title doesn’t match the frame.

So one of the options would be to get another GT550 frame that has a valid title.
Anyone in the USA have a spare GT550 frame with title?
