1973 GT750K Parts Needed

Christmas day I was out for a ride and when I was exiting a sharp curve a Deer ran out in front of me and I ended up in the ditch, I'm OK just sore with a bent up bike. I looking for a R/H fork ear, tachometer & bracket, I hope someone out there has them.
