FS: T/GT250 squish heads, GT380 cylinders/pistons, '72 GT380

Hi everyone, I have a few parts (and a bike) I need to get rid of. I figured somebody on here might want them.
I have a set of H1 heads machined to fit a T/GT 250:
They have been decked, the squish has been machined to match the GT250 piston crown, and the outside fins have been cut off so that the fins match up with the side of the cylinder. These things look and perform great, but I don't have a GT250 to put them on anymore!
I was thinking $75 or so shipped to your door anywhere in the US.
I also have a set of GT380 cylinders. I believe these are late model, but I would have to compare them with my bike to make sure. They come with pistons that the previous owner appears to have cut the piston skirts down on. They might be usable, but my guess is that it would be peaky with them. The cylinders have not been ported though. Pics of the cylinders by request.

I also have a '72 GT380 project bike for sale. Its a bit hacked up by the PO, but it has air preload forks, disk brakes all around (with a dual leading disk), alloy rims, and a few other things. The cylinder turns over fine and cylinders have good compression. All carbs are free. It shouldn't be too hard to get this running with a set of pipes, but it would probably be easier to just use the engine as a parts engine. $300 OBO located 1/2 hr south of Rochester NY. Comes with a title. Again, pics on request, pickup only.
