I just bought a seized 1971 t350. I managed to break the cylinders loose and hone them up, but the left cylinder skirt has a crack in it. Since the cylinders are at 0.5 over, I assume I either need to replace the left one with a 0.5 over or replace them both? I don't think I can run one oversize and one standard piston, can I?
Anyway, I'm in the market for a cylinder and piston set for this thing if anyone had one. Either on me or call/text my cell at (570) five hundred-0009

Thanks!
Eric
I'm pretty sure in a pinch you could use T250 cylinders and bore them to the size you need:
I bought a 69 T350 left cylinder & a piston set from Paul Miller a few months ago.
At the time he had more pistons sets & I think he had more cylinders.
Paul's phone number is 860 828-1771

He has a nos one listed up at $310 right now. I was hoping to find a used one around the $100 mark so that I don't feel bad getting it bored to match the other hole at .5mm over. Over &300 seems like a lot of money to put into a bike in this condition.

Call him. He didn't have any listed when I called him with my needs. The one I got is used & he may have more.

I still need one. If you could take a look whe you get a chance, I would appreciate it. It's a late model cylinder (71), so it has the aux exhaust ports. I emailed Paul, but he said that that was all he had as far as cylinders for it.
Well, I'm all set on cylinders. I just bought a set of cylinders and .5 over pistons from Eric. Does anyone have a set of stock pistons they might part with? These cylinders are standard bore and I'm guessing standard pistons might be cheaper than or on par with over boring. Besides, I would rather overbore when I need to instead of just because.
Oh, and a big shout out to Eric K for helping me get this beast up and running again. Without him and this forum, I would still be at home scratching my head on where to buy parts...
