Why is that a problem?

Same as shipping, handling, or any fees you have to deal with. Does it stipulate that in their policies somewhere?

I seen so many of those "magenta" bikes, I've almost convinced myself I like that color. Seriously, very nice bike with lots'a new parts. :) $3k buy-it-now is a good deal in my book - especially if she runs and good as she looks. Why you sellin'?

I might need a set of H. bars for my 380. Something is out of wack but not delve into that yet.

How much for the bars?

For sale: 1975 T500

Hello Everyone,

I have a 1975 T500 that I am looking to sale. Bike is in decent condition. I can email PIC's if interested. I thought I might offer the bike through this web site before I publish on E Bay. Bike has clear title, serial numbers match between engine and frame and has one key. Starts with in two to three kicks. Has original parts, except rectifier, bought new at Radio Shack. I really hate to get rid of this bike, but its time to pass on. Paint looks good, not original, but oil tank, left side cover and gas tank all match. I have two boxes of mix and match parts, all for the T500. I have one complete engine, however right piston and cyclinder have been scored. Brand new Peacock with one extra, brand new too. All other parts complete, except frame. Have one extra left side cover, with unused paint that was left over from two summers ago. I have had the bike for almost 5 years, still running. Bike indicates 15,000 miles, everything works, but speedometer and lights on gauges, all other lights, charging system, battery, horn works well. Has original point system. All charging parts on spare engine work to include transmission. Asking 1000.00 or OBO, located in Indianapolis, IN. Let me know if your interested, thank you for your time.

Well, this statement-
This still has a working oil pump only to keep the oil pump lubed and to run the tack drive off the oil pump. So fuel and oil still need to be mixed to go into the gas tank.
would keep me away-though with only 15 minutes of run time, probably not damaged yet. The 250 does NOT do well on mix alone.
