Whole or separate

3 NOS connecting rods kits (rod, big end pin, thrust washers)
3 NOS Suzuki .50 over piston kits (rings, wrist pin, c clips and needle bearing)
3 cylinders freshly bored cylinders to match the pistons
Complete set of engine seals
All transmission bearings
NOS plastic crank gear
Crank bearings

I have about $1500 into this kit

I'll take $900 + shipping

I decided to stick a motor that weighs 1/3 of the 380 and has equal horsepower.

If it doesn't sell, then I will just rebuild it.
