doctor Say's nothing can be done ..it will heal up in time but 3 f*%*%ing years!
but has this got to do with numb bum that's what I'd like to know.

I've never used one myself, but I borrowed one from a friend for my wife to use on our first long overnight 2-up ride. I didn't tell her I had it until she started to complain about a sore backside. She said it was a godsend and was pretty grumpy that I didn't tell her about it from the off. She didn't buy my logic that if she didn't know what a real sore butt was, she wouldn't appreciate the pad as much.

Johnny,

I have sold well over 250 of the Airhawks and had maybe 2-3 returns due to the customer not liking the item. I used one myself for the vintage bikes and couldn't ride long w/o one.

Not really getting use to the Airhawk, I would say it will either help or it will not work for you as long as it's, you just not liking the feel, you must have a unique set of circumstances. Might want to continue to try it but I don't know that it will change. I never tried the Airhawk 2 and do not recommend them, the material beckons the statement of a cheap Chinese knock-off.

airhawk..
the one I got measures 11" x 9" neoprene.
I don't believe in buying a cheapy only to change it later
I'll keep trying different settings.
and turn it side ways and see if it clears my coccyx bone.
I don't get the feeling of moving all over the place whilst sat on it.
woke up this morning no pain or ach whatso ever.
