A fellow enployee was telling me one day how to prepare a possum for cooking.
Gut the possum and lay him on a board. Then surround him with chunks of onion, garlic, tomatoes and celery. Then douse him with a good barbeque sauce. Bake at 400f for 4 hours. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Then you scrape all the crap off the board and eat the board.

I've heard the same recipe used for carp. But I have ate carp that really was pretty good.

I have never ate possum fixed anyway you want to fix it that was fit to eat.

well I did when I was in Ozzy land.

Last time I checked my dentation it showed that I am an omnivour, not a herbivour.

Possums are one thing I just couldn't eat even if I was starving.
