The RapidFix adhesive does work! I've used it to repair plastic, fill holes and cracks in steel and aluminum. One test I did with it was, I drilled a 1/8" hole in a pipe plug, filled the hole with Rapidfix, installed the pipe plug in our hydraulic test stand and took it up to 2200 psi. The hole in the pipe plug didn't leak!!!
The only thing I've had a chance to use it on my bike is to repair a broken rear brake light switch.
If anyone wants to buy some, drop me a line with your address and I'll see what what I can do!
