Daylight Saving Time?

So I see on my calender that Daylight Saving Time started on Sunday just gone.
My time right now in the Caribbean is 3.10pm. What is Miami, Florida's time? The time on this Board still shows an hour behind my time.
Did it go ahead or behind?
