Very sick wife

Post by Coyote »

Went down a week ago today. Tonight she was diagnosed with pneumonia. If there is no improvement in 2 days she be will admitted to the hospital. She has a horrible cough that sounds like she's trying to cough up her lungs.
Tonight they gave her an inhaler to keep her wind pipes open and some heavy duty codeine cough medicine.
Time will tell. I am banking that she will get better as she has been through this sheet before.
One of the major problems is she has taken soooo many antibiotics in her lifetime that now they give her thrush. if you don't know what thrush is -- do a google search.. Basically the throat passages and the roof of the mouth become infected. Millions of tiny white bumps. It's horrible to look at.
Please Sandra, don't drop out on me now.
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.

Sorry to hear that Coyote i hope everything goes well. You should really get her admitted ASAP for medical reasons, even though it may not be the H1N1, aka swine flu, those sound like symptoms of a very similar way this virus attacks the body in its initial stages.
Two strokes, its just that simple.

Sorry to hear the situation Chris, hope she is on the mend soon. And don't forget to take care of yourself too both mentally and physically. After all she is counting on you to helping her and you can't do it if you get down too.

Hang in there, Coyote. Hopefully this too will pass for her and you. I've had pneumonia once myself and it's nothing to fool with so get her looked after ASAP.

Me too; it's no fun. I get yeast infections in my throat if I take too many anti-biotics; also no fun.
