Actually, that's a copy of Gunnar's rig which uses the head itself as part of the puller. It works. Many people don't have the welding equipment to make these up, so I'd say he's doing a service to someone.

The price might be a bit high......

well it not selling.
I'd make it if I knew what is what.can't see nowt in the picture?
