Antiseize

Since I have had to fight with every bolt and screw on the engine of my 1975 GT750 after it sat for 35 years, I am looking at using Permatex antiseize. It claims to resist temps up to 870C or 1600 F.
The question is do I use it for upper and lower case assembly bolts and head bolts? I had one 8 mm head bolt break off and one of the water pump cover bolts break leading to time well wasted getting them out. All other bolts and screws were stuck and needed banging with a drift and/ or heating to finally remove them.
Opinions are welcomed.
Thanks Dave
