Don't think so though - 'at the date and time started below'?
Pity they can't spell eh?
I think I'll pass on that one, trying to charge for a non charging charging scheme without payment of the appropriate charge?
Who do they think they are - the Effin Light Brigade?

Was curious & it only took a few moments to find this.

It amuses me how poorly written most of these spam mails are - plus the silly email addresses of course.
How people are taken in by them astounds me....
