GT 750 4LS drum

Post by spike »

Hi guys, would this fit straight into a T500 fork?

Not too happy about my front brake, doesn't feel adequate enough to stop all that weight!

Actually you can with very little work. You need to narrow down the brake backing plates by the axels so it will fit in between the forks and you can use the brake stays as well. You will need to grind the tab off the fork leg for the T500 drum though.

So the answer is still it won't fit "straight into a T500 fork".

It will with some modifications. Sorry for leading you wrong Spike.

OOPS! didn't have my coffee yet this morning. GT Tim was correct in his answer. But you can modify it.

Ahh id rather go the whole route for the Buffalo forks as well since the old early model Titan forks are really junk for the performance minded individual.
Now that means the stock Titan front fender wont work either cause the mounting holes wont line up to the buffalo forks
Two strokes, its just that simple.
