G'day

Post by Scott »

Hi there

Scott here from Australia. How you going?

Just thought I would say Hello as I will hopefully be picking your brains and asking opinions over the next little while.

I'm new to 2 strokes (last time I owned one I was so young I just put in fuel and oil and rode it). I have been lucky enough to score a GT550 1975 and while it runs there are things that need attention due to it sitting for a lot of its life 20 000 miles on the clock.

I'll go up the top thread and ask my first question.

Thanks
Scott

Cool. I lived in Baulkham Hills a long time ago.

Went for a walk with the family one Sunday and there with the garage door open was one of the Hinton family with a Manx Norton or two, and in the street behind us was a guy with a racing Honda CB72. That was back when I went to watch the Castol 6 hour at Amaroo and raced at Oran Park. Long time ago for sure.

There are a few GT750s in New South and QLD.
