Not been on here since the beginning of December.
I've emailed and PM'd without success.

I was wondering about him also. He mentioned to me he has a very bad back. Maybe it's been bothering him. I can relate. Hope all is good with him.

Now that's a real shame.
We didn't see eye to eye all the time, but generally got on fine and I bought some parts from him a couple of years ago.
It just goes to show that we need to get on with our lives as we just don't know what's waiting for us tomorrow.

RIP Coyote.

Chris sold me RedZone when he couldn’t ride it anymore because of his bad back.
More recently he was restoring a GT550 — I think he enjoyed doing so even though he complained about it a bit at times.
I was hoping he would be able to ride it when it was done.

Am sorry to hear about his passing. His family has my sympathy.

I visited him in Tulsa when he was building Red Zone. I helped him correct a problem with the turn signals.

Damn, this sucks. Chris, was a very valuable person to this site. We had a disagrement or 2. But, we got through it and apologized to one another. That's life and a strong sign of his good character. He was a great guy. Liked to help guys with these bikes. He reached out to me a few times helping me with parts, technical advice, etc. I believe he sent a cd manual to dozens of new members. I still have mine. I know he had a strong liking for old Suzuki's. He was a favorite to a lot of people on here. Rest in peace, my friend.

his son did a lot of work for me over the years namely brackets for the grab rails.

my condolence to his wife and family.

I did a fair amount of work for Chris that was mostly gauge related. He was always pleasant to deal with over the phone with Q & A. The other day I opened a container I have two rebuilt carb sets in and one of the re-purposed USPS boxes with carbs in it has his address on the label.
I pondered a moment and thought,,, the reality is, just like that we can be gone from this life in the blink of an eye.
RIP my friend you will be missed.

You know, even though I never met the guy - and we didn't always agree all the time, we corresponded regularly and I really do miss the guy. Healthy debate is always good.
The site is quieter and poorer without him.
Still remembered.
Shame his family isn't aware how he's remembered.
