Buy Here. The Place Rules!

Post by Admin »

As many of you know that follow these posts, I recently placed an order with RideNow. All kinds of misc. parts for my 550 and even some bowl gaskets for a 750. The order broke $100 so the shipping is free. That was this past Wednesday. On Friday I realized I needed a couple of more things. I emailed them and asked if it was too late to add the items to my order. The reply was yes, it's too late BUT enter a new order for the additional parts, send me the order number and I will credit you back any shipping charges! I did as instructed and placed a new order for a carb float and a boot. Once I had the order number, I emailed the guy back with the new number. The shipping of $8.95 has been credited back to my account.
Guys, you just can't beat this!! I mean it would have been just as easy for them to say the shipping charge is $8.95 - take it or leave it. Instead the shipping charge was waived entirely.
A fair shake is something hard to find in today's world. This team is the best there is.
I know alot of you guys have dealt with MotorCity and have mixed emotions with thier new shipping rip. NOT here. The prices are only a few pennies higher (and I mean a few) than MotorCity but their shipping practices are second to none.
Shop here: www.ridenowonline.com Click on street and then on parts. All the fiches are there.
Service? Everything I ordered last Wednesday shipped today!

I feel for the people going through the flooding. I have always lived where it can't flood because on several occasions I have worked daylight to dark, 2-3 weeks straight with flood response in WV. It is never a pretty sight, and until you have been there, it is hard to believe what it is really like, or the effort it takes to clean up the mess.

We are having the same problem here. I have been pumping water almost every day for the last two weeks to keep water from coming into my sons house. We have 3 gas trash pumps and 2 electric ones--total capabality about 20,000 gallons per hour-- and we can barely keep up.
It has rained nearly every day since I got back from the Gap on May 19 and the forecast is for another week of it.
My house is high enough to not have problem, but hundreds of folks here have lost just about everything they owned. Flood insurance here is a $500-600 PER MONTH, so no one can afford it.
Marble Falls in central Texas got 20 inches in 8 hours.

Hey Zook-e,

Did I have the presence of mind to ask you about shirts when we spoke yesterday? I don't remember and I had people distracting me here at the office expecting me to do work (the nerve of some people). I wear a L polo but like an XL t-shirt. So if these fit like regular polos, one L please. If the fit is more on the t-shirt side, one XL please.

Thanks!!!!
