Well, Captain....thanks for the suggestion but it's WAYYYYY too upscale for me!!! Gosh, I'd have to get some leather poser clothing, a dew-rag, and start going on VERY short rides as well as drinking a lot of coffee and changing my "lifestyle" (whatever the heck that is) entirely. Besides, the Boul doesn't have anywhere NEAR enough cylinders for my taste.....
Now maybe something in a 6 cylinder Suzi with a little restyle compared to what they showed at the Tokyo Motor Show in October.....

It wouldn't take much to do a first series Katana restyle on the show bikes existing bodywork. That would be sweet! Then again I like the first gen Katanas.....H2RICK wrote:Now maybe something in a 6 cylinder Suzi with a little restyle compared to what they showed at the Tokyo Motor Show in October.....![]()

Well Jeff, thats dissapointing
Guess a picture can paint anything up. I think I've got about as much chance of drinking Latte's & posing as you do Rick
Choice of "new bikes" isn't much these days. As I said I am NOT a cruiser person. My mate has a 1600 intruder. Unlike most people he & his missus have just set off for a little holiday on the bike. Down to Newcastle, the south coast & then back up past here to Townsville. Should take in about 5000 klms in the couple of weeks. I also came across this curiosity. Pity they never put it into production with a bit better styling. I think it would have perhaps got Triumph going back then. It's the 1000cc "Quadrant".
Cheers, Paul

note!
I read this today on Walagata's free image hosting web site.

What this means is that we either pay a little $$ for a membership, or we loose access to all the wonderful free pictures that we have hosted.READ THIS!

February will be the last month Walagata will be hosting Free Accounts. As the one-man team behind Walagata, I have had an enjoyable time running this service for the past 2+ years. Yet, supporting well over 100,000 free members takes a great deal of time and energy, with no financial gain. New responsibilities in my life have left me with less free time than I have had the luxury of in the past 2 years, so starting on March 1st, all free accounts at Walagata will be turned off.
If you currently have a Free Membership with Walagata and would like to continue hosting your files here, please click the Upgrades tab and purchase one of any of the available memberships. I know many of you have been active members since 2003, and I hope Walagata will continue to be your file host well into the future.
What does this mean for paying members? The storage space on all accounts will be doubled. Bandwidth limits for all accounts will also be doubled. The overall speed of the service will also increase. An added staff member will also allow for better and faster support. Other than that, you will notice little to no change, and your account will not be affected in any negative way.
Should you have any questions regarding these new changes, feel free to send me an e-mail. Just click the Support tab at the top.
