Lets see if I can muster up some courage to work on my garden this year. If only I weren't so scared of snakes, worms, lizzards and frogs!
Coming to think of it.... I think I'll stick to my indoor plants.

Jaybob - Actually, I’m not goily goil at all and I no longer live in Joisey, have lived in Miami since ’80 but you know what they say… you can take the girl out of Joisey but you can’t take Joisey out of the girl. I‘m not quite sure how to describe myself, but I’m definitely not a “prissy girly girl” at all. It’s just that those creatures pop up unexpectedly and scare the living daylights out of me. I squeal and scream but ultimately I have no choice but to scare them away and deal with them on my own. Although I must admit sometimes they win and I’m the one chased indoors.Jughead wrote:Hey all them things are eatable don't have to be afraid of them.jaybob wrote:You must be a Goily Goil from Joisey. Hey Jay, I lived in New Hampton, Iowa for a year when I was a kid back in ‘64…I have great memories of that place. Many moons later in ‘90 my son was part of a baseball tournament showcase, so we took the family back to show them where I had lived and to visit the Field of Dreams where we walked thru the corn field. Nice.
Juggie….YUCK!!!! I’ve never eaten snake, lizard nor worms nor am I EVER going to, but I have tried frog legs……taste just like chicken… so does gator….LOL
