Post by Jughead »

Looks like I may finally Losing Job #1 later this month.Don't know Whether to be Happy?Lost? or as my Uncle says "crap or go Blind" Work should be at an end of sorts the middle of next month.

Looks like my riding is over with for a while.Got to helping some friends Across the Lake put up Concrete forms until 11 PM last night. When leaving I stepped in a 3ft Deep Ditch. As my foot hit the Bottom.I twisted my Right Knee. When I fell my knee cap hit a sharp rock.Needless to say I didn't sleep any last night. My knee was completely locked up this morning and swelled Pretty bad.It took me a while of working it to get it so I could move it.I'm gonna give it a few days.If it doesn't show Improvement by Monday I'll think about going to the Doctor and then Break out the Electrical tape and Horse wrap. Got my dog some DMSO last week at the farm supply I'm going to see what that does tomorrow. The Loritabs I got from getting my tooth pulled and Absorbine JR. just helps a little.

Wow Jug...sorry to hear this... Hope all gets better...SOON!!!

BTW - wash your knee and hands...whatever is on either when you apply the DMSO will penetrate and get into your bloodstream... Cut an onion, not wash your hands, apply DMSO and you will taste onion... Wierd!

Yeah, the DMSO is weird stuff. I've used it with some success on my shoulder. Keep ice on that knee as much as you can to keep the swelling down.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Ya know, Jug, it SEEMS like if it wasn't for bad luck, you'd have no luck at all.
Hopefully things will turn around for you real quick.
Absorbine, Jr......used to use that all the time for all kinds of strains and pains. Can't seem to find it in the stores any more.....
