Sundial Nostalgia
I'd be fascinated to hear some stories of the forum's early days and about our 'forefathers' past and present. Having over 1000 members now and being one of the 'youngbloods' it's hard to imagine how it was when there were only 3 or 4 guys sharing their interest in T's & GT's. How did the difinitive Suzuki 2-stroke forum get it's start?
No really... it's supposed to smoke.

Re: Sundial Nastalgia
I first started posting here around '99 / 2000 - at that time there really weren't many forums at all that focused on Suzi 2-strokes, or indeed 2-strokes in general. As I recall, this was a threaded forum at that time, and didn't have an index or subsections.
Many members have come & gone (and come back again) as life and riding habits dictate. We used to get quite a few Yamaha and Kawa guys here, and I used to visit other forums like yamaha-rd.com which no longer exists, sadly, but at the time was the probably the most active stroker forum around and had guys like Jay Mendoza and Mark in SC who also visited here regularly.
Aside from the problem-solving etc, Kris 'Krash' Laravee's posts of the trials & tribulations of racing his 500 were always a great read.
