They are currently showing Season 3.

You can purchase the prior two seasons here:
http://www.caferacermag.com/caferacerdvds.html
http://www.dimecitycycles.com/vintage-c ... 2-dvd.html

Don't know if the DVDs are are compatible with DVD players in Australia. Its worth checking before ordering.

I waited for the show to come on and then saw maybe 5 mins of the 500 build with a bit of that time wasted of them rolling the rear tire across the floor a couple of times :? It looks like a nice custom build i just wish they showed just a bit more of the build ? And then they tell ya to wait for next week to see it tuned and running
the older i get the faster i was

A bit of a let down. Ended with the bike breaking down & not finding out why.

Pics & info are shown on the show's website: http://www.caferacertv.com/builders/
Would expect the specs to be added soon since the last episode has aired.

I saw the show, they tried rejetting some flatslides on the 500 engine and had no luck. I figured they got is so lean it holed a piston, probably never know as I doubt it will ever be on the show again.

The T500 cafe build is airing again tomorrow, Sunday Nov. 4th.
Episode 11 @ 2 PM
Episode 12 @ 2:30 PM

Per their website, the T500 is in episodes 11, 12 & 13.
See builder J&B Moto on: http://www.caferacertv.com/builders/

Don't know what happened to Episode 13. Its not listed in the airtime schedule:
http://www.caferacertv.com/airtimes-show-information/

Episode 13 might explain what went wrong in Episode 12.
The listing might be wrong, perhaps it will air on Sunday, Nov. 11.

Saw that T500 at Mid-Ohio this year. Looked neat from a distance but up close a lot of things were "bodged" together.

And they still didn't have it running.....
