You're missing as beautiful a Dominion Day weekend in Calgary as we've had for the past 10 years, at least.
SWMBO is in THE NATION'S CAPITAL (gotta be capitalized, don'cha know
) until Saturday evening, so she'll get to enjoy our tax
dollars at work, what with all the events and fireworks, etc.
I, OTOH, intend to go for a ride and take in the sights of sunny Alberta's wide open spaces WITHOUT the humidity and smog and hordes of people that central Canada (where my wife is) is prone to.
