I can't speak for you, John. You've gotta handle any/all situations the way you see fit.
For myself, I could go on for quite awhile on crime and punishment, the rights of victims versus the "rights" of criminals (whatever they are).

The sidewinder would be fun to watch, especially on a curvy road. Still be a waste of a good bike!
